Hanna Grobler is a South African actress best known as the ditzy blonde side-kick of Casper de Vries in the kykNET game show Doen met ‘n Miljoen, and for her role as Kiki in the Afrikaans drama series Getroud met Rugby, also on kykNET, since 2009.

When she’s not filming television series, music videos and commercials, she focuses her energy on raising funds for her own, registered charity.

Hanna obtained an Honours degree in the post-modern discipline Performance Art at the University of Stellenbosch and was a teacher at Paul Roos Gymnasium.

She has acted in several stage productions including Skroothonde, Witsneeutjie en die Dwergreus, Wie't Dit Gedoen, Le Chat Noir, Harmse and Sielsiek.

She has acted in a number of films as well, including Monsieur N, Red Water, Bad, Ek wag vir Jou, Ace of Heart and Bakgat 2.

She has appeared in a number of television series including 7de Laan, Binnelanders, Johnny en die Maaiers, Doen met 'n Miljoen, Askies and Getroud Met Rugby.

She has appeared in television commercials for Dial Direct and the Coca Cola FIFA World Cup 2010 and has acted in Jakkie Louw's music videos for '3 Pikkewyne' and 'Marietjie se Hoender', as well as a music video for André G Nel.

Hanna has also done voiceover work on radio and teaches drama classes at schools such as Paul Roos Gymnasium, Stellenbosch High School and the University of Stellenbosch.

In addition, she attended classes for TV presenting and newsreading, as well as in the fine arts, including painting, drawing and design at the Pro Arte Alphen Park School of Arts.

In 2008 she created the Hanna Charity and Empowerment Foundation NGO. She is also the ambassador for the Pulsate clothing range in South Africa.

Hanna was one of the celebrity contestants on M-Net's Survivor South Africa: Santa Carolina, in 2010.
