Wife and husband producers René and Corné van Rooyen of Red Letter Day Pictures.

More about the scenario:

The series explores the lives of the Field family and those who cross their paths - each with their own secrets and desires.

We meet Martin’s parents, Wilma and Jack Field, a retired naval commander who runs his household like a military operation.

Martin’s children, Tristan and Lucy, must cope with the loss of a parent and moving to a new town on top of the usual stresses of high school.

Martin's youngest brother, Gavin, is a surfer who leads a careless life of sleeping around and repeatedly losing jobs.

And then there’s Rebecca Solomons, who worked as a Michelin star chef in New York, and was Martin’s first love.

Timone, Tman_1 - hello!

Answers to your questions...

>>What happened to that other one which is supposed to co-star Natalie Dormer?<<

White Lies... it's still happening. We've asked M-Net about it and they tell us that filming has ended and that it's starting early next year.

>>What will happen to survivor? Isn't 6pm a reality slot for survivor/amazing race.<<

We've asked about this too and there won't be a Sunday reality slot anymore - all reality shows are going to air in the current weekday reality slots.

This is M-Net's response to our query:

Summertide will broadcast for 52 weeks, during that time, M-Net will continue to license the best international reality formats, that will be scheduled in our weekday reality slot at 6pm.

We've done an Ask TVSA about it too.
