Steamy! But, TVSA, is there a particular reason why eTV decided to put Is'phindiselo on eVOD streaming, and not on prime TV? There's no marketing for it, too. I mean, I came here on TVSA to find the show's pages and teasers, but there are none. I just watched first two episodes and... wow!

Hi Siphelele, there aren't teasers for it but we have a Show Page for it here with the details on the scenario, inspiration for it, creators and cast etc. >> Is'phindiselo. Re-why it isn't on primetime TV... it was specifically created for eVOD as a drawcard for the streamer, similar to how Showmax have their "first and exclusive to". Did you see this article about it when it launched? >> eMedia invests R100-million p.a. in local TV industry through new streamer eVOD We imagine it's going to work similarly to Showmax in that the series on it will probably go to TV in a year or so, e.g. Life with Kelly Khumalo, which aired on Showmax and later on Mzansi Magic while Season 2 started on Showmax. This is how eVOD's handling the Afrikaans dubbed novelas. Some are airing on TV and there are new ones on eVOD exclusively. We asked whether they'll ever be on TV and eMedia tells us they will eventually air on TV in about a year or so - the same timeline as with Showmax/Mzansi Magic. Once they air on TV other new series will start on eVOD and so it will go.
