So what do you think of this whole Bill Cosby thing? There are so many women who've come forward it seems impossible that it's not true. They haven't laid charges against him though - which I don't understand - makes it suspicious - if it really happened why aren't they laying charges?

The trouble is - so many others who've been accused of the same thing have been guilty so it's very difficult not to believe the accusations when they're made.

You know Tashi, one blogger said that most of us associate Bill Cosby with Dr Huxtable and therefore can't separate the character from the man. As a result we find it inconcievable that our beloved Dr Huxtable can perpetrate such heinous crimes. The statute of limitation has expired for most of these women, so they can't lay charges. There's also that guy who came out and said that he used to pay off women on Bill's behalf. Bill Cosby has been selective in countering these allegations. I just don't know what to believe. Jay Leno has asked whay it is hard to believe when a woman says that they have been sexually assaulted.

Thanks for clarifying Ingenuity - that puts a very different spin on things. Terrible that there's such a law - that such a situation could exist. I don't want to believe it's true but now I definitely do.
