Javin tries to explain to Joey and Nenna what happened at school, and then Maria shows up to fetch him.
Brenda and Gershwin receive very bad news.

The Marais family is caught off guard when Rachel doesn’t just reveal that Junior is alive – but that she also knows where he is.
Octavia is stunned when Rachel wants to work with her. CJ makes the brave decision to fight for his marriage and offers Brenda and Gershwin an unexpected lifebuoy.
Joey and Nenna are panicky when they find out that Javin has disappeared.

Shireen and Javin start a friendship, while Sandy has a warning for Nenna concerning Javin.

Late at night a visitor arrives on Soebatskloof that - he announces he is Matthew.

Tensions are running high on Soebatskloof as Napoleon can’t remember anything about the previous day. Shireen reconsiders her career choices. Rachel puts CJ in an impossible position.
Broer Koos’s past is catching up with him, and Joey and Dominee strong-arm Nenna into letting him stay a bit longer.
Matthew and CJ meet each other – and Matthew learns that CJ is Junior’s only heir.

Rachel gives Gershwin Napoleon’s job after Gershwin promises to be her eyes and ears on the farm.
CJ doesn’t want to do Rachel’s bidding, but Gershwin manipulates him with a warning about Rachel.
More and more people need Shireen’s help with medical things, and Rachel asks Matthew to stop antagonising Octavia.
Broer Koos is chased away by Stil Piet.

Gershwin lies and manipulates to silently move into a position of power - to Napoleon’s detriment. Shireen makes another headmove regarding her career.
Octavia is not at all impressed with Matthew’s choices – or what he is allowed to do!
Broer Koos manipulates Nenna into making him something, and Rachel shares very sensitive information with Octavia and CJ.

Broer Koos manipulates Javin into a sly business plan. CJ is thrown in the deep end when the workers start confronting him about their service contracts.
Octavia tries to get to know Matthew, but he is not interested. When Rachel is confronted by the reality of the farm and its people, Gershwin is the one that makes himself the answer.
Shireen starts making changes to her house so that she will be able to help people…

Brenda and Gershwin tries to explain to CJ wat Matthew’s existence could mean for his inheritance, and CJ insults Matthew’s capabilities.

Shireen realises that she had every right to be concerned about Chantelle, while Tjoppie returns to Soebatskloof – but he is not himself.
Broer Koos has an idea that he presents to Rachel and Octavia.
CJ wants to change Rachel’s plans, but to do be able to do it he and Brenda will have to come up with a brand-new menu that will knock Rachel’s socks off – otherwise his cottage is not the only thing that he will have to distance himself from.
