Coming up on Skeem Saam from Monday 6 January 2025:

There’s a saying that goes: “What goes around comes around,” and now Lehasa Maphosa fully understands this concept.

He's stolen, scammed, used his money to get what he wants and even murdered in cold blood.

On 3 September 2024, Lehasa was forced to face the consequences of all of his past actions and was found guilty in a court of law and sent to prison for life.

Shortly after 2025 begins, viewers will be on a roller coaster ride through Lehasa’s new reality as he serves his sentence in prison.

He has no apartment, no cars, and no fancy suits. With just cold walls and an uncomfortable bed to rest in, life differs from what he is used to.

He needs to stay below the radar, choose his allies carefully, and keep a sharp eye on his enemies.

It is survival of the fittest.

The action also explores the lives of a group of diverse people who are held in confinement, paying for their sins.

These are the same people who surround Lehasa in his new world, and it is up to him to figure out who is a friend and a foe.

They are:
