Things threaten to fall apart for Nkosi when, after telling Palesa to back off, she decides to kiss him instead. However, Ona walks in on them and witnesses the shocking moment.

Palesa is left fuming after Nkosi makes it clear, he will never leave Shoki for her. Later, he pleads with Ona not to tell Shoki about him and Palesa, but Ona gives him an ultimatum: if he doesn't tell Shoki, she will.

Nkosi confirms he slept with Palesa and apologises to Shoki, saying it was a mistake. But a furious and hurt Shoki refuses to forgive him and moves out to stay with the Molapos.
