Hefty price
Khaya is told that the baby is with Queen Mother Ayanda. Bandze shoots Poison. Majaha promises to return Ifalethu, but that changes when gunshots ring out from outside. Chuma and Nomcebo are caught.

A fall from grace
Bullets rain as the goons shoot the royal guards. Chuma and team shoot their way out of the compound while Majaha grabs a gun and fires it. Bandze stays behind. Velaphi wakes up to dead bodies around him.

Majaha frames Mbuso for the Chief's murder. Khaya wants to go back to the compound to kill everyone. Mbuso claims he is innocent. The Sokhulus wait in worry for Khaya, Chuma and Ifalethu. Majaha believes Mbuso has died.

A lost Velaphi finds Mbuso in the river. The Sokhulu home officially becomes the house of mourning. Pheko confronts Rebs about keeping Velaphi’s whereabouts a secret. Nolitha attacks Chuma and Nomcebo.

Nelly misses Bandze. Chuma tries to comfort Khaya. Nkanyiso checks on Nelly after rescuing her. Ayanda and Majaha share a bed. Majaha makes a call to Rebs and asks her to come to Eswatini to start business.

Nandi finally gets Khaya to speak to her. MaDlamini wants a scoop. Pheko finds Sabelo’s video of Khaya cleaning up Bra Gibb’s crime scene. Majaha appoints himself as chief but is haunted by Ngwenya’s spirit.

Nomsa blames God and bids farewell to her relationship with the church. A fuming Pheko calls Khaya the devil and threatens him with the video. A mourning Nomsa is tempted to drink and gives into her temptation.

Khaya confronts Rebs for betraying him. Majaha gets the fright of his life when Chief Ngwenya haunts him out of his bed. Bulelani calls for peace and unity in the family, but Khaya refuses to shake Chuma’s hand.

Chuma swears to stop the Bra Gibb murder clean-up video from reaching the police. He confronts Rebs about it. Nandi tries to convince Khaya why they need to buy the NBM shares. Pheko forcefully takes over the shop and salon.

A friendship is brewing between Nomsa and Matshidiso. Nomsa is shocked to learn about Pheko’s takeover of the family businesses. The Sokhulu brothers try to figure out a way forward. Velaphi confesses.

Pheko takes the USB with Khaya’s video to the police and demands that the murder docket be reopened. TK sees the video and chooses his career over love. Different Sokhulu family members are arrested.

The arrested Sokhulu members are embarrassed to see Nomsa drunk. TK announces they will be formally charged. Thenji pleads with TK to release them, but TK chooses duty over love. Nelly finds out that Bandze lied.

TK boasts to the Station Commander that he has video evidence. Rebs outlines her plan to topple Pheko and take over the Sokhulu businesses. The brothers vow revenge against him. Someone removes the illicit cigarettes.

Pheko is shoved into a police car and put in a cell with hardened criminals. The Sokhulus stage a Nomsa intervention. Nelly is relieved when Gogo packs her stuff and leaves. A drunk Nomsa sleeps in the street.

The Sokhulu children chastise Nomsa and Khaya almost exposes Chuma’s illicit cigarettes dealings. Rebs learns about the Sebenza Nathi shares and her mind races. Chuma is alarmed by Khaya’s change of behaviour.

Khaya agrees to Rebs’ offer to buy food for the less fortunate from the Sokhulu shop, despite his misgivings about her. Chuma offers Mbuso a job. Martha makes a video exposing what happens in mansions.
