Betty struggles with mixed messages following her promotion to co-MD. Dingaan grows more desperate as his house is repossessed and Nubia has lost all their big clients. Despite Reggie succeeding in getting AJ cancelled, AJ's lawyers respond in kind.

In trying to save the Loxion Kulca pitch, Betty makes a serious decision. Brandon mounts a campaign for Dingaan to make him co-MD. Zaza’s vlog takes off. Izzy is feeling good about his job and Reggie is worried that Mamiki is ghosting him.

Betty is gutted after her hand is forced to fire Israel. Brandon pushes Dingaan for the establishment of a shell company. Israel is devastated. Mamiki and Reggie have an argument about his future and his lack of support for Mamiki’s studies.

These Are the Ghosts of Our Lives
While Betty deals with the blow back of having to retrench staff, her insecurities rise when she looks Zitha up online. Dingaan, still reeling from seeing Zitha, goes to see Archie. Upset about his retrenchment, Israel starts betting and Reggie releases a new hit while Brandon gets ghosted.
uBettina Wethu 3 airs on e.tv from Mondays to Fridays at 20h30, with a repeat at 17h00 the following day.
