RIP AB
Original Suidooster cast member Cedwyn Joel made his final appearance this week when his character AB Samsodien died in a shock storyline after he was struck by an assassin's bullet that was meant for Dirk.
According to Suidooster Films, Cedwyn's left the show so he can do other projects and to spend more time with his family.
He's been with the series since the start - November 2015.

Viewers had to say a very sad farewell to AB Samsodien during his heartbreaking final scene.
AB died unexpectedly in the presence of his wife Mymoena (Jill Levenberg) after he was shot by an assassin.
Remember the kidney saga? Well, over the past few months Bianca (Simone Biscombe), AB’s stepdaughter, has rekindled her relationship with Dirk (Evan Hengst) even though he kidnapped her last year as part of the soapie’s nerve-racking kidney saga storyline.
Their relationship status quickly turned serious and the two were due to get married.
AB and Mymoena arrived in a nick of time for the ceremony, although the two initially strongly rejected the relationship between Bianca and Dirk.
A sniper bullet meant for Dirk accidentally struck AB when Rhafiek (Irshaad Ally) and Nazeem (Irvine Jacobs) caught the assassin in the act.
AB was laid to rest according to Muslim traditions on Thursday 4 May.
