Episode 30
It’s high drama when Mehdi is knifed by Jakkals Ahmet and rushed to hospital, leaving the family in tatters. Zeynep is shattered because the unconscious Mehdi doesn’t know her true feelings. Emine is seduced by Faruk.

Episode 31
It’s touch and go for Mehdi in hospital and the family is highly distraught. Zeynep realises how much she loves Mehdi and she can’t wait for him to wake up, so that she can tell him. Bayram is persona non grata, despised by all. Emine is left in the lurch by Faruk.

Episode 32
Zeynep is very upset by Mujgan, who blames her for Mehdi’s situation. The neighbourhood’s men take revenge and attack Jakkals Ahmet in his lair. Ekrem is a blood match for Mehdi, who is in desperate need of blood, but refuses to help him. Emine lives in shame after her night with Faruk.

Mehdi wakes up. Zeynep forgives Benal for carrying his child. Emine misunderstands Faruk’s intentions, thinking wedding bells are ringing.

Mehdi goes home and asks Zeynep if she has forgiven him. They become very close, but she doesn't know how to tell him about the baby and asks Benal to do so. Emine spends another illicit night with Faruk.

Episode 35
Zeynep tells Mehdi about the baby and Benal tells Nermin. Mehdi confronts Benal and she tells him his family tried to pay her off. He is devastated. Sultan and Zeynep put pressure on Emine to reveal her beau.

Tension mounts when Mehdi learns about Cemile and Sultan trying to bribe Benal, resulting in both sisters and Zeynep not spending the night at home. Kiewiet and Mehdi are distraught and Emine and Sultan try to restore the peace.

Emine tries to hide the truth from her mother, but doesn't succeed. While Zeynep makes a decision about her future with Mehdi, Zeliha is determined to make her own plans with regards to Benal and the baby.

Nermin tries to make amends and invites the whole family to her hotel for a vacation. Emine decides to leave home and Faruk tries to console her by taking her away… with dire consequences.

Zeynep feels betrayed when she encounters Faruk and Emine in the hotel foyer and upon returning home, finds Benal asleep in her bed.. The day of her graduation dawns and Nermin turns up alone after being dealt a severe blow by Ekrem.

Zeynep goes to see a psychologist and opens up about her deepest inner conflicts. The excitement for her interview at the law firm is big, but the tension of having Benal in the house seems to dampen the spirits.

Zeynep waits in vain for her interview. Kiewiet’s first school day doesn’t go well and Mehdi fetches her. Faruk wants to get Emine her own place and she doesn’t trust this turn of events.

Sakine makes no secret that she wants Benal out of the house. Zeynep gets wonderful news. Someone from Mujgan’s past looms on the horizon. Emine gets closer to the truth about Faruk.

Serhat kidnaps Benal and her unborn baby is in danger. Zeynep is consumed by guilt for allowing Benal to leave the house. Mehdi rescues Nermin from her squalor and takes her home.

Emine spends her first night in her new home and is pretty vexed being the other woman. Nuh is a broken man because of Emine’s attitude towards him. Things between Mehdi and Zeynep are strained.

Emine reaches out to Zeynep, but the rift is still too big. Mehdi and Zeynep drift further and further apart and the reveal of the baby's gender doesn’t help matters either. There is a poignant moment between Sakine and Nermin.

Zeynep makes a heart wrenching decision and Sultan reaches out to Emine. Mehdi decides to follow Nuh’s advice, much to Mujgan’s chagrin.

Faruk proposes to Emine and an overjoyed Emine reaches out to Sultan, but doesn’t get the reaction she was hoping for. Burhan opens a shop in the neighbourhood and Mehdi’s household is divided.

Mehdi learns of Burhan’s return to the neighbourhood and Zeynep has her hands full trying to calm him down when he confronts Burhan in a rage, resulting in her being late for work, with dire consequences. To add insult to injury, she learns about Mehdi’s plans to keep Benal safe.

Zeynep is intent on getting her job back. Emine finally sees through Faruk and moves back home. Mehdi feels betrayed by Nuh.

With Emine back home, conflict arises when she sees Benal as an invader and enemy. Mehdi is upset about Faruk's choice of the coffeehouse and Zeynep gets an unexpected call.

Episode 51
Zeynep gets back her job as an intern attorney. Mehdi sees Burhan and Mujgan together and beats him up in a fit of rage. Mehdi is detained by the police and has to stay there until it becomes clear if Burhan will press charges from his hospital bed.
