She said, he said, they said... who said?

kykNET & Kie launches a new "air your dirty laundry" talk show titled Sê jou sê (Have your say) on Saturday 1 October at 19h30 and they've put out a call for people who want to be on it.

It's going to be filmed at Atlantic Studios in Cape Town, where Suidooster is filmed, and it's hosted by Heart FM radio host Aden Thomas who presents the station's breakfast show.

Each episode of Sê jou sê will focus on disputes, arguments, misunderstandings, niggles and dishonesty between spouses, family members and loved ones, as well as ill feelings amongst friends and business partners.

According to kykNET & Kie, Aden won't be holding back and will get tongues wagging and tears flowing by exposing people's old wounds with the goal of helping them find healing, a midway or a solution.

Here's more from Aden:

“Sê jou sê wants to provide opposing parties with the opportunity to talk about issues face to face and to hear all the sides of the story. But no beating about the bush, it will be straight talking all the way...

There is also the possibility of inviting a surprise guest who knows either one or both of the parties involved.  The guest will also be offered the opportunity to share his or her side of the story in our efforts to help resolve sticky issues.

The audience will actively be part of the program and will share their opinions about what they perceive to be right or wrong too.

We hope the solutions reached will inspire other people to tackle their own similar issues with bravery and kindness.”

Aden will be joined by journalist Chrislynn Sias who'll be out and about, doing vox pop interviews with people about the issues raised.

The show is calling for both studio audience members and participants who want to share their stories and conflicts on the show.

It's an Afrikaans show so you need to be able to understand Afrikaans and speak a bit of it.

If you'd like to be a participant you can WhatsApp this number: 073 653 7052.

If you'd like to be in the studio audience, you can e-mail this address: info@gehoor.tv
