Elif is now Defne’s personal maid so her pregnancy can remain a secret. Defne gives Elif some milk mixed with something that can change everything.

Elif suffers an impending miscarriage. Maksut kidnaps Defne - in exchange for Elif. Kahraman finds out Kadir is alive and that he’s been the one calling Meryem and seeing Kerem and he confronts him.

Elif has a nightmare about the baby and Kahraman tries to console her but a phone call has him racing off. Defne poses the question to Maksut whether his feelings for Elif are reciprocated.

Still kidnapped, Defne fears Maksut's evil plans for her, not knowing if rescue will come in time. Kerem talks to Meryem about Kadir, getting closer and closer to discovering the truth about his father's identity.

Things don’t look good for Elif and her baby. The doctors might be able to intervene, but at the risk of the baby’s life. Kahraman admits he has found Kadir.

Everyone looks for the baby, Toprak, abducted by Meryem. Meryem leaves the baby with an old couple whom she has helped for years.
