Whoop! There's some much needed laughter, merriment and irreverence on the way with the return of Come Dine With Me South Africa.
Season 7 premieres on BBC Lifestyle next Wednesday 10 November at 20h00 for the first part of the 12-episode season.
It goes on hiatus for the festive season and resumes on Wednesday 26 January at 20h00.
Repeats are on Saturdays at 19h00 and Sundays at 18h00, with episodes on Catch Up too.
