Hosts of the first episode of Season 6, Part 2: Andy, Amanda, Leeshan and Clarissa.

Surprise-surprise.

NOT.

It's such a chuckle-fest that it's inevitable and very good news. Come Dine With Me South Africa has been renewed for Season 7, to air on BBC Lifestyle later this year.

The news comes in the wake of its return for Part 2 of Season 6, now airing on Wednesdays at 20h00.

Who is the show looking for?

 Are you older than 18?

Do you consider yourself the ultimate dinner party host?

Would you like to be on TV?

 Can you (sort of) cook?

Do you reside in Cape Town or Joziburg?

Would you like to win R10,000?

If you've answered "Yes!" to these questions, go for it and apply - the show wants You.

The format

Exactly the same as previous seasons, produced by Rapid Blue once again.

Filming will only be happening in Cape Town and Joziburg again unfortunately. It's the one blow to our enthusiasm because we'd love to see people from other places too, especially because it used to be filmed in Durban and Gqeberha too.

If you aren't familiar with the format, check out the TVSA Show Page here: Come Dine With Me South Africa

Application must knows

Entries open on Wednesday 12 May and close on Wednesday 23 June 2021.

Applications forms will be available from 12 May on the BBC website here: BBCsouthafrica.com
