Estrella discovers that something is happening between Federico and Paula. Diego punches a man in Estrella’s restaurant for slandering his mother’s name. Leonardo follows Paloma’s advice and reveals to the media what this woman asked him to say.

Leonardo thanks Paloma for giving him such great advice. Estrella wants to talk to Ana Milena about Paloma’s probable involvement in the entire set-up. Amaury and Cristina chat and she tries to delve into Paloma’s past.

Ana Milena puts Paloma in her place and it calms her down a lot. Mariano tells Cristina that they have to be very cautious of Paloma. Estrella is delighted by Marco’s visits. Federico confesses to Paula that there is someone in his life and he wants a divorce.

Juanita tries to convince Adolfo that Paloma is honest. Paula is heartbroken about her marriage and seeks comfort from Luciana. Leonardo trusts everything that Paloma says and does, and doesn’t take his daughter’s advice. Ana Milena can’t stop drinking.

Leonardo and Paloma wake up together and she believes her dreams are coming true. Ana Milena is desperate and throws Mariano out. Diego Santander invites Daniela for coffee. Leonardo invites Estrella to dinner at his house.

Paloma manages to get herself invited to a well-known TV show. Leonardo asks her to explain an article in which she talks about her professional relationship with him. Mariano falls into Paloma’s clutches again.

Daniela is infatuated with Diego Santander. Aníbal loses almost all his friends because he is so arrogant. Juanita does an interview with Mariano and he says he has a scoop for her about Paloma. Ana Milena has a quarrel with her daughter.

Paloma is desperate and goes to Mariano’s house, but he doesn’t want to open the door. Federico reads his wife’s messages but does not want to forgive her. Ana Milena says that she will expose Paloma. Diego Santander awaits Daniela’s arrival at the restaurant.

Diego Santander and Daniela, Paloma’s youngest sister, kiss passionately. Paloma asks Marcos Cruz to help Leonardo because there is a conspiracy against him. Ana Milena almost has a heart attack when she finds Paloma in her house.

Estrella, Marcos, Federico and Paula meet at The Star of the Sea and decide to open a new restaurant. Daniela is obsessed with Diego. Paloma explains to Leonardo the conspiracy to make him lose the presidential election.

Leonardo and Paloma play a recording to Helena Cruz where she talks about the conspiracy against him. Cristina visits the neighbourhood where Paloma used to live to try and find out about her past. Diego discovers Daniela and Paloma are sisters.

José goes to Estrella's house and talks about her daughter in front of Daniela. Ana Milena complains about the relationship between her son Diego and Daniela. Diego asks Sandra to forgive him for breaking up their relationship, and ends things with Daniela.

Sandra and Diego Santander get married and Aníbal gives them the surprising gift that Leonardo sent them. Leonardo surprises Paloma and asks her to marry and become the first lady. Cristina hastens to Bogota.

Marcos tries to kiss Estrella. Ana Milena, Mariano, Diego and Sandra devise a plan to expose Paloma. Jose says he wants to go back to his wife, Estrella. Cristina confronts Paloma about the money she stole when she was 12.

Daniela goes to Diego’s house and is surprised to hear from Sandra that he is now a married man. Estrella apologises to Marcos for her behaviour. Mariano and Paloma resume their affair. Amaury tells Cristina about Paloma’s difficult childhood.

Leonardo is surprised by Paloma's reluctance to get married. Daniela is humiliated by Diego Santander. Paloma’s grandmother tells her that Mariano is cheating on her. Angel tells his father about all the things he’s been holding back for many years.

Estrella is surprised when Cristina Santander arrives at her restaurant. Leonardo throws Ana Milena out of the house when he hears the things she says about Paloma. Federico is furious because Paula is dating a stranger. Daniela is heartbroken that Diego is married.

Paloma tells her grandmother that if Mariano betrays her, she has a plan B. Estrella and Marcos talk about José’s bad influence on her children. Paloma goes to Mariano’s apartment to look for a recording which reveals her evil plans.

Paloma shamelessly tells her family – in front of Amaury – that Mariano is to be her husband. Estrella is shocked when she listens to the recording that reveals that Paloma is planning to spoil Ana Milena and Leonardo Santander’s wedding.

Luciana kisses Miguel Angel. Paloma is upset with Mariano for betraying her by recording their private conversations. Federico almost has a heart attack when he catches Luciana in bed with his cousin Miguel Angel.

Paloma’s grandmother walks in when Estrella and Marcos are kissing. Paloma is thrilled with the way her plan with Adolfo worked out. Leonardo will inform the media about their wedding. Federico tries to win his wife’s love.
