Luis takes charge as the bank’s new CEO. Camila is willing to tell the judge the whole truth, but Mariana warns her that then she will end up in prison for perjury.

Counselor Ordoñez informs Carlos that Paquito is legally his son. Fernanda gets locked up in the solitary.

Mariana tells Fernando that she’s going to send him to a retirement home. Fernanda’s violin disappears and everybody thinks that Malquerida took it.

Pedro manages to get Fernando out of the retirement home. Fernando and Amelia meet again. Fernanda is pregnant.

Episode 83
Fernanda gives birth to her son. Fernanda names her son Pedro Fernando, and sobs when she has to say goodbye to him when Pedro takes him away. Mariana has Amelia arrested for kidnapping Fernando.

Fernanda is released from prison, and even though she is sad because her fellow inmates remain imprisoned, she is happy because she will now be able to be with her son and carry on with her life.

Episode 85
Carlos performs surgery on Little Pedro but Fernanda does not tell him he is his son. Pedro tells Fernanda Amelia is truly a changed woman.

Fernanda tells Pedro that she won’t marry without love. Fernanda is sure that Carlos would be happy to know that Pedrito is his son.

Maribel is set free. Fernanda says that she won’t tell Carlos that Pedrito is his son because Carlos cheated on her.

Marissa suspects that Pedrito is Carlos’s son. Fernanda tells Carlos that being in jail made her grow, mature and learn many things.

Solorzano accuses Carlos of Luis’s attack. Carlos is arrested. Mariana throws Camila out of the house.

Amelia and Fernanda say good bye to Fernando on his deathbed. Luis is discharged and he immediately goes looking for Fernanda. Solorzano hires some thugs to attack Ordoñez.

Fernanda tells Carlos that she’s very sad for her grandfather’s death and Carlos advises her to go to Fernando’s will reading. Luis goes to ask Marissa for forgiveness.

Fernanda warns Luis not to meddle with Pedro again and to move away from them. Diego and Olivia get married. Mother Rosaura is afraid to lose her job.

The judge declares Luis innocent. Lucero tells Diego that she doesn’t love him anymore. Luis tries to talk to Fernanda but she rejects him.
Episode 103
Luis is found not guilty, which enrages Carlos. Amelia goes to ask for Lupe’s forgiveness and they reconcile. Carlos swears to avenge Rosario's death.

Episode 104
Diego realizes Lucero escaped and goes looking for her. Mariana tells Hernan that she is not barren. Marissa tells Carlos they should put up their personal savings to save the bank.
Episode 105
Hernan gets angry to find out that Mariana refused to have a son with him. Camila begs for money. Luis decides to go back to the office to make sure that Carlos is eliminated.

Leopoldo welcomes Luis in jail and threatens him in a veiled way. Fernanda tells Carlos that she feels pity for Luis.

Paquito is worried about Marissa and fears she might die. Diego forbids Olivia to have any communication with her family and locks her up in the apartment.
