Ruíz tries, unsuccessfully, to negotiate with Gallo and Felipe. Josefina, locked up, hears Teca declaring that ‘we are going to kill everyone’.

Vicenta and Alberto go to the safe house with the FBI, but Teca is no longer there. Danielito overhears someone say that Vicenta is in danger.

Teca is furious that his heir, Alvarito, is dead, and believes that it was Vicenta who killed him. He takes his anger out on Josefina.
