the writers of this show don't like Puleng and it is disgusting to watch. being with Suffocate can't be the only 'good thing' Puleng is good for. this character deserves SO much better, and if they don't see that maybe they should cut her out

@Jess02 It was Lerato who killed Bongi not David

Lerato must pay for killing Bongi and Bash must be written out of the series. I do not see his contribution to date.

Every soapie needs a character like Jafta, he gives me the choppa (generation) vibes . Characters like that complete the drama/soapie

I'm in college in the US and our instructor told us to watch at least 10 episodes of this soapie as an example of how not to write. I'm finally done watching 10 shows, and I barely made it through the last one without turning it off. There is no character develpment whatsoever. The mother has no personality, just keeps taking care of her grandson and walking in and off the set like a cardboard character. Her daughter seems weak and helpless and it just goes on and on, week after week without anyone learning, developing, growing, changing. I don't think the characters could be any more stereotypical. The things they say and do are stupid. -- oh, I am a woman, are you discriminating against me? I have HIV, is that why you don't like me? I'm a dumb hairstylist who always needs water but can't think of any solutions, a female friend that just shows up to party, a gangster thug boss with no emotion but lots of attitude. I can't possibly watch another episode. The writers of this show are clearly inexperienced or big fish in a small pond. This garbage would never make it on prime tv and I feel bad for South Africa that it doesn't have anything better to watch, in addition to all the other troubles they already have, this just makes it all that worse. Thanks to this show, I now understand how to take character development seriously. Fire the writers, give others a chance. They couldn't do any worse.
