Episode 49
Xavier and the Griquas have their opening day at the pawnshop but the opening day doesn't go as
anticipated. Hlengiwe is officially introduced as the new member of the Church of Hope family.
Letebele and Sindiswa confront their fears during a counselling session with Pastor Zakes.

Episode 50
After Byron tells the Griquas that Xavier is in partnership with Frank the others accept Xavier's
explanation. Sindiswa is happy to be going back to school and promises not to drink again. Sipho and
Bongo paint a peacock instead of a dove, and hit on Hlengiwe, but get slapped down kasi-style.
Duduzane threatens Hlengiwe when she catches him having a quickie with Dineo, and then disses
her to Thando.

Episode 51
Sindiswa's first day back at school turns out to be a nightmare and Letebele feels helpless. When
Lindiwe finds out about Duduzane sex escapades in the church bathroom, she loses it and beats him.

Episode 52
Letebele confronts the headmaster when Sindiswa decides to stay home from school. Bheki visits
Sindiswa and brings her chocolate. Thando convinces Mpumi that she has changed and Xavier, Errol
and Kagiso are arrested when Byron implicates them in his drug-selling ways.

Episode 53
Hlengiwe is uncomfortable with Duduzane's nice attitude towards her after their recent fight.
Sindiswa assures Letebele she is ready to return to school, but her comeback is short-lived. Byron
tries to convince the Griqua gang to be careful of Xavier, weary that he will sell them out to Vundla.
Meanwhile, Xavier calls on Jayde to make a deal with Vundla to get out of jail.

Episode 54
Xavier and Jayde blackmail Vundla with a video recording. Vundla has no choice but to let Xavier and
the boys go. Captain Letebele receives a welcome party at work but things at home are getting out
of hand. D- Max humiliates Lindiwe in front of the church choir. Duduzane and Hlengiwe find some
common ground, or so they think.

Episode 55
Sindiswa gets a flashback and shares this with her father and Pastor Zakes. The Griqua boys tell
Frank about Byron's arrest. Hlengiwe doesn't show up for a meeting, she tells Lindiwe that Duduzane
almost raped her. Frank tells Xavier to be stricter with the boys. Frank is released from prison.
Duduzane's life comes crumbling down.

Episode 56
Hlengiwe's mother is in town. She tells Hlengiwe to cut all ties with the Buthelezis after Hlengiwe
tells her what she's been up to. Hlengiwe tells Pastor Zakes that she's quitting without giving Pastor
a valid reason why, which troubles Pastor Zakes.
Sindiswa urges Letebele to show her the evidence from her abduction. She comes to a conclusion that Xavier might be her rapist and goes to confront him, and she brings a gun.

Episode 57
Sindiswa discovers that Xavier didn't rape her. Xavier doesn't press charges against Sindiswa. Pastor
confronts Hlengiwe but she turns him down. Hlengiwe learns the hard truth about Pastor and
Lindiwe from her mother. Lindiwe learns some ugly facts about her son, Duduzane. Duduzane buys a
gun.

Episode 58
Duduzane think he has to kill Sindiswa before she remembers the truth about what happened.
Albertina tells Hlengiwe the story of how Lindiwe stole Zakes from her. Zakes tells the church staff
that Hlengiwe has quit because of personal reasons. D-Max doesn't turn up for rehearsal again and
the choir is not happy. Xavier discovers Byron hiding in his pawn shop. When Frank sees Byron he
wants to shoot him, thinking him a snitch.

Episode 59
Lindiwe corners Thando to tell her the truth. Thando has no choice but to tell her mother that
Sindiswa stole her father's gun and shot Xavier. Letebele is torn to learn the gun drama from
Lindiwe. Thando is puzzled to find a bullet in Duduzane's room.

Episode 60
Zakes is concerned that Duduzane is suicidal, and prays with him. Errol can't forgive Byron for his
betrayal. Molefe tells Masondo that Hlengiwe left because she was attacked. Zakes and Letebele
acknowledge that they were wrong about Xavier. Xavier wishes he hadn't gone into business with
Frank, and is unimpressed that Jayde is back together with him.
