How Do I Look? South Africa

Join host Roxy Burger and her professional glam squad for more jaw-dropping makeovers on How Do I Look? South Africa.

As Season 1 continues with Episode 6 after a three-month hiatus, Roxy and her team of beauty gurus – including celebrity hair stylist Saadique Ryklief and E! South Africa host Kat Sinivasan – guide more style-starved individuals on the journey from fashion fail to fashion fantastic.

Roxy and Kat accompany the participants every step of the way until their fresh new look is revealed at the end of each episode.

Count on plenty of practical fashion, beauty and lifestyle tips, as well as touching personal stories from the guests as they undergo their ultimate style – and life – transformations.

In the returning Episode 6: First up is a contestant who's already quite comfortable in the spotlight. 25-year-old Emily Sebogo is an aspiring actress whose unique choice in clothing has her front and centre – but for all the wrong reasons.

Will Emily allow her questionable fashion to exit stage left?

Emily has big dreams of a life on the stage and believes that her clothing choices are a celebration of her individuality, allowing her to stand out from the crowd.

Friends Kelebogile and Lorraine, however, feel that in her quest to stand out, she's forgotten how young and beautiful she is, and, if anything, that's what she should really be celebrating.

While Emily considers her vintage-type clothing to be her ticket to Broadway, style expert Katleho Sinivasan believes that the budding actress doesn't need to be in costume when she's not on stage.

Roxy sends her three accomplices off to find Emily a wardrobe that recognises her confidence and her bold personality, and one that steals the show for all the right reasons.

The first collection chosen includes a range of skirts and dresses, perfectly fitted to flatter Emily's body type. Colours, prints, heels and accessories finish off this look.

The second is all about high-waisted items that say goodbye to vintage, and hello to the modern world. The third collection, however, daringly combines old and new, bringing the heat with a fashionable combination that best suits Emily's physical shape, as well as her personality.

Will Emily embrace her new look, or will her time in the spotlight be short-lived?
