An update to let you know that E! is now in HD - it happened today (18 January). There was talk of it last year but the date was never confirmed.
The news means that the red carpets for The Screen Actors Guild Awards and the Grammys will broadcast in HD for the first time. These are their broadcast times:
Live from The Red Carpet: The Screen Actors Guild Awards
Date: 22 January at 01h00
(The awards take place on Sunday, 21 Jan. so the broadcast airs in the early hours of Monday in South Africa.)
Live from The Red Carpet: The Grammy Awards
Date: 29 January at 00h30
(The awards take place on Sunday, 28 Jan.)
