Steffy is suspicious of the motive behind Quinn’s request, knowing how manipulative she has been in the past. Eric suggests to Wyatt that he should not give up on Steffy even though she has already filed for divorce.
Brooke discusses with Ridge his current living situation and where he should be sleeping in the future. Liam and Zende toast to a future at Forrester Creations, hopefully without Quinn.

Still suspicious of Quinn, Steffy ponders what Eric has to gain by backing his wife on her request.
Also wondering what Quinn has up her sleeve, Wyatt questions his mother about her intentions regarding Steffy and Liam. Liam gives Katie a piece of advice when she voices her concern over living next door to Quinn.

Sensing that Steffy is softening in her stance regarding Quinn, Liam attempts to get her to realize that she is being manipulated.
Quinn encourages Wyatt to not give up on his marriage when she lets him in on her plan regarding Forrester Creations. During a revealing father-son conversation, Ridge and Eric shock each other with their respective news.

Quinn intends on using her plan regarding Steffy to redeem herself for causing Wyatt’s marriage to fail. Liam continues to convince Steffy that Eric is being manipulated by Quinn and not to accept any offer made to her.
Fresh from a heated altercation with Ridge, Eric finds himself in another disagreement with Rick regarding the conduct of business.

Quinn is given hope that her plan is working when Liam confronts her about trying to manipulate Steffy. Liam assures Quinn that he is not buying her new and improved attitude the way others have.
Ridge pays a visit to Steffy to either get her to change her mind regarding Quinn’s request or come up with a compromise. To thank Eric for his encouragement of her buying the new house, Katie gives him a token of her gratitude.
Quinn becomes enraged when she finds Katie and Eric spending time together.

Having gotten an earful from Rick, Brooke confronts Eric on why their son was not considered for the position as CEO. Using the ruse of touring the new house, Quinn pays Katie a visit and issues a warning about spending time with Eric.
Katie stands firm with Quinn that she and Eric are nothing more than long-time friends. Rick is confident that he has time for Eric to change his mind about who will be running Forrester Creations.

As Steffy prepares herself to give Eric an answer regarding the offer of the CEO position, Liam discourages her from taking the job. Ridge and Rick are both upset that Steffy was offered the position and feel as though they should be given the opportunity to run the company again.
They are both convinced that Quinn has an ulterior motive and manipulated Eric into making the offer. The Forrester Creations team is blindsided when Wyatt is offered an executive position within the company.

Bill calls Liam out on the real reason why he does not want Steffy to accept the position at Forrester Creations. Steffy’s final decision regarding the CEO title is met with mixed emotions from both family and co-workers.
Following Steffy’s announcement, Ridge and Rick are given new positions within the company along with Quinn. Eric demands unity between his family members at work and at home.

Eric joins Quinn in a manipulative maneuver that they hope will change Steffy’s mind about divorcing Wyatt. Liam is taken aback when Steffy tells him that she accepted the CEO position and that Wyatt received a promotion.
Steffy is hurt by Liam’s lack of support as he focuses on Quinn being the reason for her new title. Wyatt displays to Rick and Nicole just how little he knows about apparel and the fashion industry.

Steffy is appreciative of Wyatt’s excitement for her new job after not receiving the most positive reaction from Liam. Katie refuses to be a part of her sister’s drama when Brooke opens up about the current dilemmas in her love life.
An irate Liam confronts Eric about offering Steffy the CEO position and accuses him of being manipulated by Quinn. Offended by the accusations, Eric sets Liam straight about what he feels is best for Steffy’s future.

Katie struggles with what to do with incriminating evidence that could possibly be construed as a threat to another. Quinn plans to surprise Eric with a slight modification to the backyard of the Forrester mansion.
As Quinn is testing out the gift, Ridge inadvertently witnesses a side of her that he’s never seen before. Rick scoffs at Ridge’s interpretation of his latest run-in with Quinn.

Ridge and Rick warn Steffy that she is, once again, a pawn in another one of Quinn’s elaborate schemes. Liam confides in Bill his concern for Quinn interfering in his relationship with Steffy and manipulating Eric to assist her.
Ridge uses his recent interaction with Quinn to his advantage by making her feel uncomfortable about what he witnessed.

Eric anticipates that the holidays will be an opportune time for the Forrester family to set aside their differences and reunite. Rick makes plans for Lizzy’s first Christmas to be an intimate one with just their immediate family celebrating together.
For the first time in years, Brooke, Ridge, and RJ celebrate the holidays together as a family. Ridge assures Brooke and RJ that this will be one that they will never forget.

Pam and Charlie prepare for the traditional Forrester family Christmas. Liam is disapproving of how Steffy wants to spend Christmas at Eric’s house, knowing that Quinn will be there. Eric fears that the holiday will be a quiet one as his family members seem to have other plans for the day.
When Bill pays a visit to Brooke to wish her a Merry Christmas in person, he is saddened to see the gift she received from Ridge.

Steffy is guilty about not spending Christmas with her family, but, basks in spending the holiday reunited with Liam. Ridge has a moment of nostalgia of Christmases past when Rick implements a new tradition for his family.
Bill and Katie spend a cordial holiday together in her new home for the sake of Will. Knowing that his family members have other plans, Eric calls them over for at least one Christmas carol.

Steffy refuses to believe that Eric has an ulterior motive in his request of her, and justifies her grandfather’s actions to Liam. When Brooke asks Ridge about the status of his plan against Quinn, he stays mum but promises her that there will be an unexpected twist to his scheme.
Quinn is feeling immense guilt for her recent flirtation with Ridge, especially after learning about Eric’s attempt to get Steffy and Wyatt back together.

Liam confronts Wyatt about Quinn’s deceptive maneuvers and how he refused to let Steffy go without a fight. As Ridge is working his charm on Quinn, Katie enters and is suspicious as to why the two sworn enemies appear so chummy.
Knowing that Steffy is in need of a place to live, Wyatt makes a self-serving offer for her to move back home with him. Katie and Quinn have an open and honest discussion about their respective relationships with Eric.

Protective of her Uncle Eric, Ivy heatedly confronts Quinn about her interaction with Ridge in the steam room. Quinn confesses to Ivy about her recent interactions with Ridge, but, vows to remain faithful in her marriage.
Eric is completely frank with Steffy when he tells her his reasoning for wanting her with Wyatt instead of Liam. When Liam points out the ramifications of the plan against Quinn, Ridge announces that he is more than willing to make the ultimate sacrifice in the name of family.
