Top Million Dollar Agent is an educational, reality-style show based on the lives and careers of four of North America's top real estate professionals.
The show features Mike Donia, Jin Jiang, Daryl King and Inez Kudryk. Each hosts their own episode with their clientele and the other three agents plus a guest agent provides luxurious listings for them to see.
In each episode, the host has a client who is interested in buying a home and takes them to four different million-dollar properties that are provided by the other agents a guest agent or builder/designer. Some of the city's finest luxurious houses, condos, and townhouses are showcased on TMDA.
Also, there are segments that feature a guest agent, lawyer, builder/designer, and/or mortgage broker who provides information on the current real estate market and neighbourhoods while educating audiences on how to purchase, sell, and decorate real estate.
This show is geared towards everyone from first time buyers to experienced investors and gives viewers a glimpse into the personal lives and careers of top real estate professionals.
In the first episode of Season 2: The King is back, baby! Daryl King is known to make an entrance, and he wants the houses he shows to have that same "wow" factor. His clients are looking for a grand mansion, and with their sizeable budget won't settle for anything less than spectacular.
Will Daryl be able to dazzle his clients and find a property that will take their breath away?
