So whose back do you have in Survivor: Worlds Apart? I have no-one's because they all need a mega smack. I'm finding them so unbelievably annoying I don't want any of them to win.
The only person I've been sort-of rooting for over the past few weeks is Shirin because she's made things interesting and now she's been whacked so that's over.
I've had a weird relationship with her since the start because I couldn't
stand her at the beginning. Her copy of Richard Hatch's naked booty made me choke on my wine but then slowly I started warming to her because she always has something to say.
I also felt for her when she shared her domestic violence story while having moments of feeling suspicious of it too, thinking: Is she saying this for sympathy so the rest of them won't vote for her?
Ultimately I've decided that it's a good thing she spoke about it no matter what the motivation - it's the only way to raise awareness of the impact on those who've been through the same horror.
She talks about it a lot at Ponderosa* where she takes over completely after getting voted out. She even starts ordering room service, which the other losers seem to find amusing. Here's a vid. of what happened behind-the-scenes after she got voted out:
