And the winner of the
2017 MTV Base VJ Search is... 26-year-old Tshego Mosupye from Pretoria:
Tshego was named the winner at a finale event held in Soweto on Sunday night (27 August), snatching the title from his fellow finalists Kuhle Adams and Gontse Makgoba.
His prize: A year's contract with MTV Base as their official VJ and a R20,000 clothing voucher with accessories.
Three flash facts about him:
He loves exercising.
He suffered from a bout of depression, which he broke free from. He used exercise as a way to break the shackles.
He could be on The Intern - he loves creating and designing clothes.
