Episode 4
Joaquín has an accident and Pedro finds out about it when he reaches Santiago, then he gets mad with Bernardita. Elsewhere, Chiripa is suspended from school for fighting with a teammate.

Leaving an explanatory note behind, Chiripa decides to go in search of his mother, but Sergio and Paola manage to find him.

Episode 6
María reveals that her husband mistreated her. Later, she is called to pick up Joaquín because Raquel forgot to do it. Bernardita gets angry about this and pours salt in one of María's desserts.

Episode 7
Chiripa meets a new colleague, Natalia. After the incident in the restaurant, Pedro takes María home, leaving Bernardita behind. Afterwards, María confronts Bernardita because of the salt incident.

Episode 8
Juana gives all her savings to Evaristo, so that he can look for María. Elsewhere, Bernardita is angry because Pedro does not trust her. María decides to help them because Raquel is unwell.

Episode 9
Marta arranges a meeting between her two sons, so that they can settle their differences, but the meeting fails. María accepts to study pastry. On Pedro's birthday party, Bernardita humiliates María.

Pedro decides to help María find the body of her son and they leave together for the cove, where they find Juana. Meanwhile, Chiripa courts Natalia and Evaristo leases a room at Flora's house.

Bernadette tells Mary that her son is dead, to end the problems with Pedro. After watching an argument between Paola and Sergio, Chiripa decides to leave.

Rubén takes money from Marcelo to gamble and Marcelo thinks Evaristo did it. Later, Irma dances in front of Rubén and Roberto gets jealous.

Episode 13
The blessing of the rings takes place, but Sergio is nowhere to be seen. Stressed from having to go looking for him, Marta faints.

Episode 14
Paola sees María in the square, but she hides it from Sergio. Marta, Pedro and Bernardita suspend their trip and invite Sergio and Paola to dinner. Later, María kisses Marcelo to tease Pedro.

Episode 15
Mary starts dating Marcelo and Pedro gets jealous. Pedro's marriage is suspended. Sergio decides to surrender Chiripa to police, but Paola takes him away before that happens.

Chiripa tells Sergio that his father tried to kill him. Later, Sergio agrees to start couple's therapy. Bernardita sabotages the restaurant. Meanwhile, Chiripa is expelled from school.

Bernardita seduces Pedro. Marcelo gets drunk because María rejected him. Natalia and Chiripa skip school and meet a stranger who says that they know them.

Episode 18
The restaurant is back in business. Bernardita stays with Pedro in the apartment and Joaquín goes to sleep in Chiripa's house. Later, Sergio decides to sell his father's warehouse.

Chiripa returns to school. Rubén visits a bar with Flora and gets in a fight. Later, Sergio informs Pedro about the warehouse sale and tells Chiripa that María was seen.

Pedro offers a managing position in the restaurant to Sergio, but later he withdraws his offer. María's money is stolen and later, Juana arrives in Santiago.

Episode 21
Juana approaches Maria so that Evaristo can find them. However, Juana's plans are foiled by Pedro who calls María to help him with Joaquín, who had a turn and claims to have seen his dead mother.

Bernardita pretends to believe in Joaquín in order be accepted by him. Chiripa suffers a violent seizure and is left in an induced coma.

After going out with Marcelo, Sergio sees María in the park drunk and decides to play detective in order to find out the truth. Elsewhere, Evaristo assaults Juana.

Episode 26
Pedro finds out that Rubén is selling alcohol and fires him from the restaurant. Sergio plays detective again, but this time Juana changes her story about what happened with Chiripa.
