Here's a handy tip to assist you if you're having difficulty accessing one of these four things on your DStv decoder:
1. Pop-up channels
2. M-Net's daily Open Time
3. New channels that have been added to your bouquet
4. Channels that are temporarily opened up to specific bouquets
Here's what to do to remedy the situation:
Option 1
Reboot your decoder. If you've done this and it doesn't work...
Option 2
Press the TV button on your remote,
Select “All channels”,
Press OK.
And voila! When you go to the channel number you'll be able to access it.
The reason you need to do this is because the decoder needs access to "All channels" instead of "Favourite channels" or "My channels" in order to activate the new channel or Open Time window.
