Trevor Noah cancels MAMAs hosting gig, Bonang steps in

The 2016 MTV Africa Music awards are coming up in Joziburg on Saturday (22 October) and will be happening without Trevor Noah as host.

Bonang Matheba will be hosting instead.

Trevor's been forced to pull out of the ceremony because his body told him he has to.

He announced the news on Twitter this morning with this note:


The awards air live on MTV and MTV Base at 21h00. They air an hour later on e.tv, starting at 22h00.
