As we mentioned right here, Real Talk has been renewed for a 60-episode second season, starting on Wednesday (26 October).

The season takes the show international and features interviews that Anele did on a recent trip to the US. Here's a look at what's coming up.

Episode 1: Pearl Thusi


Coming from New York City, Anele hits the Big Apple to talk to one of South Africa’s proudest exports - Pearl Thusi. She is staying in New York city at the moment while filming the TV series “Quantico”. She chats to Anele about her childhood, the road to success and the important people in her life.

More than 15 years ago Hugo Uys arrived in New York City with only a bag of clothing.  Back in South Africa he was a big fish in a small pond, but once in NYC he realised that life in the Big Apple was something else, and he took to it swimmingly.
