The 32nd MTV Video Music Awards were held in Tinseltown on Sunday (28 August) and air on MTV and MTV Base tonight (29th) at 21h00, starting with a pre-ceremony build-up at 20h00.

If you don't want to know who grabbed what before watching then please don't read on. Stop now.

......

Still here? Then read on...

The awards made a definitive statement on the best video of the past year by awarding Beyoncé with six wins for Formation, including the headline Video of the Year category.

And the Moonmen didn't stop there. She also grabbed nods for her vids of Hold Up and Lemonade making her the shiniest star of the night.

Other sparklers included Rihanna who celebrated winning the Michael Jackson (Lifetime Achievement) Vanguard Award by opening and closing the show.

Drake moves in on Ri-Ri's moment.
Lookout for his smoochy speech tonight.

Britters also put in a performance of her G-Eazy collaboration Make Me…- her first performance at the awards in nine years.
