Time flies! Igazi was on our screens moments ago and now Rockville's already two weeks in.
Here's a quick recap of the first two episodes by the show:
Episode 1 (10 July 2016)
JB is the one who saves the Mabasos from Diliza’s gun. Lindi makes it clear that she no longer wants to see JB, after Mavis almost losses her life. JB’s life falls apart as he is now living in Hillbrow.
Lindi gives birth to her son. Someone comes to save JB and gives him and opportunity to start all over.
Episode 2 (17 July 2016)
Vicky introduces JB to Paradise, a local strip joint that is up for sale. After being doubtful that they can raise the cash, JB comes up with a plan to rob Jabu’s heist money and use it to buy the establishment.
They realise that the money is stored at a children’s orphanage, where Vicky and Coco have to pretend to be a newly-wed couple looking to adopt.
Mavis and her mother Mmabatho are struggling to coexist in the same space. Mmabatho is very critical of Mavis, until Mavis loses her temper and tells her where to get off.
Peggy spills the beans on Lindi’s baby’s paternity. Mmabatho makes them aware that she doesn’t have long to live, and that Mavis’ sister Olga will be visiting with her daughter Bassie, so that she and Mavis can smoke the peace pipe.
JB manages to steal R7 million after almost getting caught by Jabu and his goons. He goes to visit Lindi, but Mavis chases him away before Lindi can see him.
