Eventually. Someone who's speaking out about the true horror of fluorescent lights.
Mariah Carey's putting the spotlight on them in her new reality show Mariah's World, which starts on E! in the next few months. E! released a trailer for it this week and it's different from what I imagined.
I thought it was going to be full of eyerolling, unnecessary diva demands but it isn't because her only demand is that she wears sunglasses in fluorescent light - an extremely necessary request.
I've always loathed them because I'm convinced that they're bad for your eyes and state of mind. They
burn into my brain like a hot iron of awfulness and I've never understood why anyone would choose to have them anywhere,
especially in a home.
There's a house that I walk past that has them in their kitchen and they flicker their torture like a torturer in a prison camp. I'm always stumped when I walk past, wondering why they're so popular and feeling alone in my thoughts so I'm pleased to know that I'm not alone because Mimi feels the same.
