And my award for the best comment on TV in 2015 goes to...
Boxer Chris Eubank, one of the celebrity contestants on the current season of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
He made the comment just last week in his diary room/one-on-one to the camera and it blew my hair back like you can't believe.
This is it:
"Being objective is easy for me because I used to get punched in the face and I never took it personally. Ever.
Because if you do, you lose focus on the objective - which is to stay in the game."
So cool I thought. Perfectly appropriate to life too. It's the sort of thing where you understand exactly what it means one moment - as you're hearing or reading it - and then you forget so you have to read it again to make it sink in.
I've always been mad about boxing and boxers because I believe they have a unique perspective on things and Chris proved that they definitely do.
