Episode 2 (of the new season)

Shock and horror when a bankie of drugs is discovered in Itumeleng’s hand. The family starts to sense something is wrong when there is no answer from inside the vestry. Lesedi desperately wants to go home but Xolelwa won’t let her.

Episode 3

Ma’Ngobese blames the Moroka's for what happened. In a moment of quiet solitude Smanga finally breaks down. Cosmo gets a phone call and is stunned to hear who it is.

Episode 4

Lucy warns her brother not to make the same mistake again. Nolwazi is thrown to see who Getty’s new ‘friend’ is. Mazwi is rattled by what he discovers in Simphiwe’s belongings.

Lesedi doesn’t receive the warm welcome she expected. Zondiwe reveals Tshidi is lying about the fact that she’s coping. Xolelwa is excited about the prospect of getting a proper job.

Siya’s words give Zola some serious food for thought. Tebogo receives a desperate plea to reconsider the burial issue. Cosmo steals money in order to help Esther.

Vuyo is determined to carve out his own path on his own terms. Lucy isn’t happy that she’ll have to take the drugs to London herself. Karabo and Angela are shocked by an unexpected outburst.

Mazwi demands answers from his deceased wife’s lover. Tau hopes the dark cloud hanging over the family will soon be gone. Xolelwa proves she’s still nothing but a petty thief.

For once Lucy is right... only Cosmo is too blind to see it. Smanga is hurt when Karabo seems to have lost faith in him. Vuyo’s day is ruined after he receives bad news on top of being snubbed.

Instead of offering comfort, Jonathan’s words rub salt into an already raw wound. Mam’Bhengu is taken aback when her son lashes out at her. Xolelwa gives Lesedi something valuable for safe-keeping.

Wandile tries to play peacemaker between his father and brother. Angela is shocked about Mazwi’s revelation. Cosmo pays Gadaffi a visit and is rattled by what he finds.

Zondiwe’s fears are confirmed when Amo has to be rushed to hospital. Smanga is worried that Musa might rat him out. Jonathan thinks he’s finally being taken seriously but couldn’t be more wrong.

Tshidi is frustrated about the doctor not having any answers. Max is not impressed when Getty gets all gaga about another man. Tebogo finds out that Simphiwe was not as innocent as she seemed.

Gadaffi is rattled when Zondo spells out the terms of their deal. Tau walks in on Karabo talking to her lover.
Mazwi’s drunken outburst leaves everyone floored.

Episode 21

Xolelwa sets her sights on one of the Morokas. Smanga almost gives his game away when he takes on the elders. Nolwazi tries in vain to fight the attraction she feels.

Episode 22

Lucy has a plan on how to earn a legitimate income. The Morokas are shocked by who pays them a visit.
Tshidi is forced to do something she doesn’t want to.

Episode 23

Gadaffi decides to tell Tau the truth. Mazwi does all he can to avoid dealing with his true feelings. The rift between Cosmo and Lucy gets wider by the day.

Episode 24

Zondiwe is suspicious about what the prophet had to say. Vuyo watches Zola like a hawk at the party. Angela is shocked when she spots two ‘friends’ kissing.

Wandile is Zola's son. Angela did say Siya has 2 brothers, i don't understand how Gen added all these other family members if they were gonna cut them out coz "their storylines have no future". Im sad they are killing off Phiwe's role, i thought maybe she was gonna go to london or confess to Mazwi then he dirvorcees then she goes back home. Not die :( i think Gadaffi will tell Tau about baby Amo coz he will be in jail a long time, can they just let Karabo be happy? Im glad Zola is leaving maybe she can concerntrate on her baby. Let her prosper tuu, its like her and Thandaza are not meant to be truly happy

Karabo is a tragic character since the early days of the original series. So I doubt she will have happiness. And things get worse now that Jack Mabaso is expected to return. More headache for her and Tau.

1 year anniversary of Generations The Legacy i can say with the introduction of this sequel from original series Generations was a great move thou some whr hurt along the way but thats life, many didnt understand t at first but now we grew to understand the characters and the amazing storyline which entails what is happening in real life in the rich and famous families...

Today I welcome the new season and happy one-year anniversary. Hopefully this new season brings us talented performers and great writing. It has been a roller coaster year so far but I am proud that I watched every episode. Looking forward to 2016 already.

@show-time indeed it was a roller-coaster 1 year .some momemnts were really bad ,some acting was horrible .Tau and karabo always there to save the day .I am looking forward to this new season with anticipation of Jack Mabaso and new charaters . I can't wait for Zola and his family to go ,terrible acting from all of them .people are hating/loving at the same time but the positive thing is they are getting hooked to the show .

Xolelwa is very good,she does her lines precisely on poin n u can see her confidence......phiwes departer was touching,mazwi fail to potray a shocked grieving husband Tau on the other end was shocked as if she saw a ghost....i strongly like sdumos quarrel with taus mother there should be a story developed there!

Lol.. The new season started with a bang! I can't believe they wasted so much money on such a beautiful dress.. The suspense and chaos made everything so much more dramatic.. Absolutely loved it.. But the acting from Musa Ngema aka Mazwi.. Was so poor.. Smanga on the other hand.. He plays his character so flawlessly.. It's just the way he speaks that I hate.. Generations deserves to be the number one show in South Africa..

@Uranus there is something amazing about this Smanga guy .his emotions are always on point .I want to see how he grieves for the love of his life Phiwe .I don't give a *bleep!* about Mazwi and his feeling .he deserves all this pain . Lol I laughed so hard wen the corpse refused to fall .I knw its possible to die like that but it was still freaky .the main thing about this wedding is that it was on every1's lips .it was trending like hell .Mfundi Vundla is a genius .

Musa Ngema can't handle dramatic scenes. Last week he tried to act drunk but was unconvincing and yesterday he failed to act a heavily grieving husband. I thought he was good as an actor until those scenes. I was disappointed.

Even if simphiwes corpse did not fall when mawzi was shacking her she convincingly potrayed a dead girl and its is sad that her last appearance I felt it was her best perfomance ever.

I think Jack will debut after the soceer tournament in jan/feb .the is gonna be a lot of schedule changes maybe with gen movin to sabc.he might appear late feb early march 2016. I was not impressed with the crying scenes last nyt .the director failed to bring out the best in the actors .
