Shakes has been nominated for a Sparkle Award. Lerato covers for Zinzi with Doc. People are beginning to drop hints to Sifiso that something happened between Bash and Reneilwe.

Mampho worries that there won’t be a place for her in Shake’s life. Reneilwe’s guilt eats away at her. Zinzi discovers the secret that her parents have been hiding from her.

Doc tells Zinzi an edited version of what happened to her brother. Zinzi blames Bongi and understands why Doc wants her to have nothing to do with her mother.
Sifiso flattens Bash for sleeping with Reneilwe. Mampho’s insecurities grow when the newspaper names Shakes Jozi’s most eligible bachelor.

Zinzi finally learns about what happened to her baby brother. Reneilwe finally convinces Bash that what he did was wrong. Shakes goes on air and tells the world that he is not an eligible bachelor. Doc goes to Bongi to look for his daughter but she is not there.

Doc and Thandeka struggle to find Zinzi. Solomon challenges Doc. Bongi uses alcohol to numb the pain of Zinzi going missing. Shakes wants to take his relationship with Mampho to the next level. Mampho struggles to decide whether or not to tell Shakes that she is HIV positive.

Zinzi is still missing from home. She rocks up at Kilowatt but the night doesn’t end well for her.

Sabelo notices that there’s still a spark between Emmanuel and Mapula. Mampho’s nervous about the big night with Shakes. Zinzi has slipped into a coma. A furious Doc takes it out on Solomon, Lerato and Bongi.

Episode 2135
Doc lashes out at Lerato for bringing Bongi to the hospital. Zinzi pulls through her alcohol poisoning ordeal. Solomon tells Doc to take responsibility for his own mistakes. Thandeka plays tough love with Bongi. Mampho tells Shakes the truth about her HIV status.

Bongi pours all her bottles of booze down the sink. She tells Doc that he can’t stop her from seeing her daughter. Bongi thinks this is the beginning of healing for the family. Shakes goes to Mampho’s home to break up with her. Mamokete finds girlie magazines in Emmanuel’s room.

Zolani considers moving Shakes to a primetime slot, if he can handle a major celebrity interview. Thandeka tells Doc that he is being too heavy handed with Zinzi. Shakes thanks Mampho for helping him get a shot at his dreams. Sabelo tries to steal a crate of booze. Zinzi is trying to get her mother on her side.

Bongi makes a desperate and genuine plea to Doc. Mampho tries to engineer an overnight date for her and Shakes. Emmanuel tries to get Mapula to change her mind about them. Sabelo pushes Emmanuel towards.

Mampho is troubled by Shakes’ response to their having sex. Emmanuel calls out Mapula for her treatment of him. Thandeka is concerned when she realises that Doc is just using Bongi to get Zinzi into rehab.

Thandeka urges Doc to start giving Bongi the benefit of the doubt. Lerato’s jealousy ignites when she witnesses an intimate moment between Doc and Bongi. Mampho tries to talk to Shakes about what she is convinced is a phobia regarding HIV.

Lerato’s suspicions about Bongi are growing by the minute. Emmanuel learns that he’ll have the Khuse home to himself for a week.
Bash catches him and Sabelo trying to boost a crate of beers from the delivery truck. Mampho attempts to confront Shakes about her perceptions that he has a problem with her HIV status.

A more sensitive Doc defends Bongi in the face of Zinzi and Lerato, Shakes confronts Mampho. Emmanuel tries to forget Mapula, losing himself in drink and party spirits with Refilwe.

Bongi scours the house for some alcohol to drink and is bust by Lerato. People at 9-Nine welcome Mampho back to work. Lerato tries to raise the alarm about Bongi. Emmanuel tells Sabelo to grow up. Doc and Bongi have a tender moment that spills over into something unexpected.

After their kiss, the sexual energy between Bongi and Doc is palpable. Sifiso confronts Shakes about seeing him and Fikile kissing. Mapula blurts out in front of Kop that Emmanuel had a party with girls and alcohol when they were away.

David tells Bongi not to move out of Doc’s home. Suffocate and Puleng return from KZN. They discover that Niki didn’t have the flat above Kilowatt cleaned. Suffocate tells Puleng to go and stay with Cuba, but she kicks her out and tells her to go and stay with Suffocate and Niki. DJ T-Bone encourages Shakes to have sex with his fans.
