SABC3 gets in on the telenovela action next week with the arrival of High Rollers: the telenovela.
As we spilt
here, it returns at 19h30 this Monday (29 June) and will be airing Mondays to Wednesdays at the same time.
The first season aired on the channel as a weekly series in the first half of 2013 and the new season will run for a year. The story continues to explore the dramas surrounding the family who run Kings Casino and the season kicks off with lotsa tension between the casino's three kingpin brothers.
Paul (Justin Strydom), David (Antony Coleman) and TT (Fezile Mpela) are estranged when Paul, who's now in control of Kings Casino, fires David and TT and sets his sights on selling the casino to the highest bidder - which he believes will set the King family on the right path again.
