Where to catch the Durban July on TV

The Durban July's coming up in just over a week's time and the shimmy/shammy will air live on SABC3 on the day - Saturday, 4 July.

The channel's covering the race, the personalities and the fashion with a red carpet starting at 14h30. Other shows across the SABC channels will cover different aspects of the day.

RGB, Selimathunzi and Mzansi Insider will be doing inserts and interviews, Morning Live and Pasella will cover things from a sporting/lifestyle angle and Top Billing and Expresso will feature interviews.

TV personalities who'll be in the action include Thando Thabethe, Roxy Burger, Mi Kasi Su Kasi's KB Moremi, Skeem Saam's Oros Mampofu and various stars from Isidingo, Gen, Muvhango and 7de Laan.

The Theme this year: nautical. Or rather "The Captain's Table":
