Mmadika bumps into someone from her past who she worries may have an impact on her future. Ndumiso's change in fortunes comes as a shock to someone who is interested in him. Lindiwe is determined to offer advice to an elder, even if it is not welcome.

Mmadika makes a shocking announcement and Shakira decides to use some information to her advantage. A new member of the Safe 'n Clean staff realises that she has to woo someone. Lindiwe takes a family matter into her own hands.

Eddie loses a friend and confidante and another dream of Thembeka's comes true. Ndumiso's friends realise that something disturbing is going on, but he doesn't seem to be aware of it yet. Lindiwe's means don't match her dreams for her parents.

Lucas is horrified when his perfectly laid plans appear to be backfiring on him. A situation indicates that Mangi's managerial skills at his new job are not what they used to be. Ndumiso starts to feel the walls closing in and takes steps to try and move them back.

Dintle arrives home with devastating news which an in-law refuses to believe. Ndumiso makes an important decision but, unbeknownst to him, it is too late. An opportunity is created for Scelo thanks to someone else's absence.

Lucas realises that all is not lost and manages to make the world see him in a new light. Gontse and Ndumiso both make startling pronouncements, neither of which makes the other happy. Lots of planning culminates in a wonderful surprise for a deserving couple.
