Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul premieres on M-Net Edge tonight at 21h00 and it's a must-see.
Here's why:
1. It follows the trials and tribulations of Breaking Bad lawyer Saul Goodman before his BB days so you don't need to have seen BB to get hooked. It's set in 2002.
2. It's about how someone can change and the things that happen to change them. Saul's real name was Jimmy McGill before he became Saul so the series follows him as Jimmy. He's still the same character but without the criminal edge he has in Breaking Bad. The series explores how he changes and why.
3. It's created by Breaking Bad creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould so it's authentic to Breaking Bad's style but it has a style of it's own too which gives it it's own personality.
4. It's funny and one really feels for Jimmy.
