They've done 17 versions of the show around the world and now it's heading to South Africa.
BBC Lifestyle's doing a local version of The Great British Bake Off and the search is on for great bakers to join to the show.
The 10-part series is being produced by Rapid Blue (SA's Got Talent, Strictly Come Dancing, X Factor) and will follow the same format at the British one: amateur bakers tackle challenging culinary tasks while cameras follow their trials, tribulations and final results.

Successful applicants will be invited to attend auditions in June. If you don't hear back from the show by Saturday 13 June, it means your application wasn't successful unfortunately.
