Shezi doesn't kill her victims. She gets them addicted by reeling them in, like a Fisherman. Then hooks you and naturally there will be a bite. Then she will lift you out of the water, watch you suffocating, while you try to get used to your circumstance and lets you back in the water.
She only wants to leave a mark on you, so that you can remember the feeling. Because people are not normally evil, you will miss the feeling. So, our ice queen might be destined to be alone forever, because her only possible other true love is The Dustbin man, who might be leaving soon. But if the writers are clever, they will keep Thembeka's possible true love.
