Strictly Come Dancing celebs revealed! (with new hosts)

As we recently reported, the new season of Strictly Come Dancing premieres on SABC3 once the World Cup ends. With numerous changes. The first notable change is that the show moves to Friday nights. At 20h00. From 18 July.

The second dramatic development is that last season's Pabi Maloi and Marc Lottering are Out as hosts. They've been replaced by a new duo: presenter and former Survivor Roxy Burger and Expresso's Katlego Maboe.

The aspect that remains the same: the celebs. There are 10 of them as per usual.

They are:

Bootylicious TV presenter Boity Thulo.

Khanyi Mbau, the new face of e.tv.

Pop singer/songwriter LeAnne Dlamini.
Top 20 finalist in The X Factor UK.

Top Billing favourite Jonathan Boynton-Lee.
Will rip his shirt off a lot obviously.

Leandi du Randt.
The actress you think you're supposed to know - but don't - do you?

Motorbike racer Janine Davies. The Gugu Zulu of the season.

Comedian Donovan Goliath who describes himself as "Xhosa on the inside".

Isidingo favourite Ashish Gangapersad. Very Zoolander.

Comedian Siv Ngesi. The Siv Ngesi. (???)

Rugger bugger John Mametsa.

The 10-sum were revealed at a swanky shindig in Sandton on Thursday (26 June) and we were in the action. TVSA blogger Tazteeq hit the event for us so keep a lookout for the scuttlebutt on what it was like.

So, so, so? ... what's your verdict on the line-up? Hott/not?

PS: The weekly Results Shows are going to be on Saturdays after the 19h00 news. There's going to be a repeat of Friday's episode on Saturdays at 18h00, and then the Results after the news.

Great set of contestants and hosts! The only contestants that I'm not familiar with, are Janine Davies and John Mametsa. Looking forward to it!
