NEW FACES ON ONE GOSPEL ONE Gospel is introducing two new presenters soon: Mahalia Buchanan and Vusi Hadebe. They will both be presenting shows on ONE Gospel, channel 331, on DStv. Mahalia will be presenting the new season of Gospel Truth and Vusi will present a new show called Rorisang, both premiering in May 2012.

Rorisang is an hour long programme of pure vocal talent, as choirs from all over the country come to showcase their talent. Each choir uses just their voices and usually no instruments to captivate your heart in song.
The new show is hosted by Vusi Paulus Hadebe who has been a choir conductor for a number of years and has since become an icon in his own right within the local choral music industry.
Vusi commented: “I have been in the industry for far too long to know the “ins and outs” of the choral music industry. Over and above that, this is not just a mere presenting job but a calling as I have been conducting my own choir, for the past 20 years”.
Rorisang means praise, and aims at bringing viewers closer to their higher being through traditional yet soothing sounds of gospel. Make sure not to miss the channel’s brand new offering only on ONE Gospel, DStv Channel 331.

Also joining the channel is the songstress, Mahalia Buchanan, who shot to fame singing for one of SA’s biggest choirs - Joyous Celebration. She is also part of Dominion the eight member Gospel Group that is the brainchild of South Africa’s premier Gospel award winning “Institute” Joyous Celebration.

Mahalia will present a show called Gospel Truth which was previously hosted by Carly Fields. Gospel Truth not only showcases gospel artists such as Bebe Winans, Donnie McClurkin, Fred Hammond and T. D. Jakes but also provides a biblical soundtrack to many of the best and worst times of our lives.
