Minnie and Boity: Coincidence or Infidelity

I found my jaw on the floor this Saturday during a chill session with two of my friends as Channel O played Loyiso Bala’s “World of mine” video.

Thing is, I have watched this video before and for some reason when I looked at the ‘video-girl’ and without any pause, I immediately thought and assumed, Minnie Dlamini.

I didn’t allow my mind to think twice and boy was I wrong...

So, as the video played a friend then passed a comment about Boity’s beauty on the video, and my eyes widened, thinking uhhhmm, which Boity? Where? It can’t be!!!!

After some argument about the true identity of the ‘video-girl’, I gave in as I realized that the girl on the video is indeed Boity and not Minnie. You can imagine the egg of embarrassment rolling down my face! My eyes definitely played silly games with me this time. mxm

After this realization I thought to myself, one of these girls’ dad MUST definitely come out with the truth! #SMH

This also reminded me of a tweet I once threw on my TL earlier this year; maybe my followers don’t share the sentiment cause the tweet didn’t see the light of day in the busy and noisy tweeter streets, but I need to know what you bloggers think. Do you also think these girls resemble each other? I mean even their voices are similar...

Is anyone more beautiful than the other? I suck at comparing beauties but me thinks they both extra hot! Minnie has this perfect African thickness and Boity is faultlessly slim.

It’s clear that both these girls have great futures in the South African entertainment industry and they are currently doing well for themselves in the scene. Who else looks like somebody else in our small showbiz? You got one in mind? Do share...

You know skeem saam, if it wasn't of our chill session this weekend, mina I would still be thinking the girl in the video is Minnie. I remember how we almost laughed at our buddy as he insisted the girl is Boity, thanks to different camera angles in the vid we finally realised it aint Minnie. They indeed do look alike and I gotta confess in some of these pics I had to look really closer to tell them apart. Kwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa @you saying one of the dads should confess kwaaaaaaaaaa, that's a classic lol. Kodwa in those pics they look so much alike, like they are twins or something. I can kiss Boity and Minnie at any time yazi...I love me some beautiful ladies. Did anyone see their legs mara?

Thank you Tazz... I also struggle with the two and yes they look so much alike... the smiles, the nose, the eyes even the lower jaws... and as you mentioned even their voices... hayi this really is too much to be true!!! One of their moms has to make the confession... you know it is mothers who have the MOST shenanigans... MEN just entertain them!!!

They look alike very much are both breathtakingly attractive but i'll vote for Minnie. Those hips don't lie and any woman with killer hips and thighs is a winner in my books.

They are both incredibly pretty. BUT I don't think they look alike. I have never confused them.

I don't thin Minnie has a future in radio. Wrong voice ... Sounds like a pig dying of indigestion & her laugh is worse than her voice ... And she laughs too long at her own jokes. I've had bad radio shows, but her show was terrible show Saturday. Her body distracts from her voice on Telly ... She should concentrate her energy where her assets work for her ... That's not on radio!

They do look alike and I think DJ Tira and Tbos do look alike and there is a lady that do the Clean House on channel 183 and Queen Moroka lookalike.

Ja now that you've shown their pics, they do look alike but i can identify them even if im drunk.

They both look cute.

@VusiK, I haven't listen to her radio show but im not surprised by your response. I mean METROFM is a huge radio station where we have people like Glen with 40 something years of experience. They know their stuff and what listeners want. It is a big break for her but i still wanna see those curves on my screen and that voice is really not for radio. Not kabi to her fans but if Metro wants to kill us then i'll tune to highveld and be a crazy blonde.

I have never.seen them curves on Telly ... I like pictures ... & I likes them curves as I sees them in pictures! It's such a pity she's in shobizz ... I'd soooo roll up on them hips ... I don't think much of her face though! ... But I'd stay for that bod !!!

I noticed a long time ago that these gals look alike and seeing them at the same events together made me think they are sisters . But when I saw their last names I thought they are BBF's. Only to find they are not even friends or are they !? Well Minnie is much more HOT compare to Boity but I like both of them .

The only showboat person I ever rolled on hard is Dawn Robinson (ex en Vogue & Lucy.Pearl) ... 1. Her body is still banging, 2 the hook-up confirmed she's a total freak of insatiable apatite ... That was 95% compatibility (lots of "important" is no logger important to me) ... But the very 1st warning from me was "I am not a fan ... I actually detest showbizz ... I'm a man & I'm looking at you as a woman I want to know" ... (that was last week) ... If she says we can talk ... Whatever happens, happens ... But Minnine ... Stick to visual media ... LOL. Minnie is Zulu from KZN and Boitumelo is Tswana from Potch. They just look alike but i think Minnie is more beatiful..

Nam GA I've never thought they lookalike not even one second I've never. I was even like surprised when people were going on and still are about how they lookalike. To me they are just two pretty girls. I really don't see this such resemblance that many see. Hehehe even Cecelia Ravele said she looks like Minnie! *claps once* that one uyazitshela ke shem!
