Cosmopolitan's Sexiest Man of 2013

Taboo was the venue, hunks galore and celebs in chunks. 2013’s instalment of Cosmopolitan’s Sexiest Man Calendar event attracted just as much crowd as it always has. In last year’s chapter, there were quite a lot of blackies, I presume this was brought about by Sbu Mpungose editing the publication. Nevertheless, fun was had. Clearly some women bought cameras just for this event. I couldn’t even take pictures of all that beef to tantalize our bloggers' taste buds.

Cosmo Winner 2013 2

Ever-HOT Lalla Hirayama was the host. Maps Maponyane reigned supreme among the Calendar boys and snatched the sought-after prize which included R10 000 hardcore cash. Lucky bugger! Women couldn’t contain themselves when he was announced the winner.

Screaming his name they chanted continuously and I realized from that moment on that black women do read Cosmo. Not sure if Maps' victory was a politically correct move by the mag seeing that all their past winners had blonde hair.

Some of the faces that showed up at the do which I had a pleasure of shooting pics are below. Is it me or celebs are being nicer and nicer to us? Maybe it’s the cologne I was wearing, I would have gotten away with murder last night, everyone was just WILLING as soon as I popped out the word TVSA.

Tema Sebopedi of Isidingo showed up alone. What a thin girl. I guess it’s true when they say tv adds extra pounds to someone.

Talking about petite people, how small and gorge is Zandile Msutwana? Snapped here with her friend. Super nice lady.

What would be an event without the ever-so-bubbly Jen Su? Huh?

Former Yo-tv presenter Carly (formerly Fields) was all about flowers and her screamings when the guys came on stage semi-naked were hilariously disturbing. She sounded like she was getting beaten up!

Still on ex Yo TV presenters, Sade was there too. What a breath of fresh air. She just remained cool in a corner with her buddies.

Pearl Thusi was there looking uber-dapper-hawt as ever!

The Y-FM Twinz came a little late. I knocked off Hlelo’s clutch bag by mistake after taking this pic and I thought she was vocally gonna send me straight to a pigsty but she remained a lady. Asies Hlelo, next time I’ll carry it for you.

Miss Earth 2012 Tamerin Jardine.

Former Big Brother housemate Vimbai.

Ever so HAWT Boitumelo Thulo showed face.

Nolly Nollz, what a friendly one.

Amo Chidi of Rhythm City. We need to have a moment of Shhhhhh for this girl.

Former Idol and now a Rhythm Citizen showed face too.

Aaron Moloisi and Kedibone Mkhabela seem to be BFF’s. They showed face and were in each other’s presence the ENTIRE night.

Letoya Mongezi and her Sister from Skool Girls came with Friends and the girls were smoking so much I wanted to cry.

This girl I forgot her name, she’s son tall and a model. Very friendly too. Next time I’ll get her name.

And finally the hotness of this girl’ from Isidingo, Jay Anstey can be enough for Mzansi if the sun was to take a break.
