All Access Mzansi takes a page out of Selimathunzi's book for the new season. Season 9 of All Access premieres on Mzansi Magic on Thursday night (20 June) at 19h30 and introduces coverage of viewer parties for the first time.
The show will still have it's signature mix of interviews, red carpet coverage and behind-the-scenes news but it's also going to cover viewer events. Hosts Dineo Ranaka, ProVerb or Nandi Mngoma will attend the party as a guest and report on what goes down.
The party can be any party e.g. birthday, anniversary, graduation or something out of the box and unique. Word from the production is that there are three key things that the show's looking for in an event:
1) It must be fabulously trendy,
2) It must be
the place to be on the day,
3) Guests need to be over 21.
If you're having a shindig and want the All Access crew to be there you can get in touch with them and mail them the details. They won't be able to cover all parties - they'll choose based on whether or not they think the party suits the show.
This is the information you need to send them:
- What is the event?
- Where is it happening?
- What will happen (order of events)?
- What is on the menu (music and food)?
- What is the dress code?
- How many guests will attend?
