Coming up on 3rd Degree this week:

Episode title: No Child's Play

Broadcast date: Tuesday, 20 September 2011.

Teaser ...

In July this year, the body of a 3-year-old was found hidden and decomposed in a box full of clothes.

It belonged to Mcebisi Zondi, a toddler who had been missing for over a month, just outside Pietermaritzburg, KZN. Fingers pointed to a close relative. But there were two sides to this grim tale.

What looked like cold blooded murder was soon followed by a tragic confession that left a family divided, and a community in shock.

3rd Degree is on e.tv on Tuesdays at 21h30.

Taz u have to forgive me coz i didn't watch the whole story but a brother was playing with his nephew. Accidentality he fell or was hit by something and he died instantly. The uncle didn't know what to do so he decided to stuff the body of his 3yr nephew inside a cupboard but he later confessed after the mother accused everyone for killing his son.

The uncle is just a fragile young boy whose childhood is so bad and i think they said he dropped at school at grade 2 coz he was slow shame.

I didn't know which one to sympathise with coz i could see that it was a terrible mistake and he feels so bad shame. At the other side the sister is so hurt  coz she lost her son. Shame bathong!

Its such a tragedy...We all sympathise witht the bother but what about the mother who have lost her child??? Its such a sad story because now it puts a strain on the sibling's relationship...They both need therapy hey to get beyond this otherwise it will never be resolved and the relationship will never be the same****SAD***
