In many communities plagued by crime, residents resort to their own kind of instant justice. Offenders are dealt with swiftly, and brutally.

In Alexandra township, an angry mob burn a petty thief alive. Ordinary law-abiding citizens turn to murder in order to send out a harsh uncompromising message: you will die if you do crime here.

3rd Degree looks at what is driving mob justice in certain townships and what can be done to stop it.

3rd Degree is on e.tv on Tuesdays at 21h30.

They should blacksam them if they do crime,but i dont agree with them killing them. The crime rate in SA has increased so if u do crite the comminity will deal with you,
