Sneak Peak Grabs: Sisa's Debut

He won the role of Ace on the Isidingo Talent Search on Friday, 12 March 2010.

The following Monday he started filming 10 scenes a day.

He spilt more about himself to TVSA on the Thursday - between the rush of filming.

Two weeks later he'd lost five kg's adjusting to his new soapie life.

Tonight (Monday, 10 May) Sisa Hewana makes his debut on the show. Some scoopy grabs of the first action that greets him:

PS! Ace's real name is S’khumbuzo Nzimande

K now I am confused. Isnt Ace's real name Sisa Hewana? Who is S'khumbuzo Nzimande now? Or is that the character's full name?

Hey guys - the date was first confirmed as the 11th (as spilt in the Isidingo teasers), then last week it suddenly changed to the 10th and it didn't happen!!

I've followed up and it's defs happening tonight - a headsup though that tonight's episode is on 18h00 and not 18h30 because of the cricket.

heheh i like the fact tht he made a grand entrance and came flying..Isidngo is the best yhazi, creative indeed.

Haai I am sorry guys but I don't buy Sisa's performance. I think someone like Muzi from Class Act would have done a better job. Sisa's screen presence is a bit disconnected. There is some chemistry between him and Nandipha but I am struggling believe that he is this big shot that everybody on the deep is raving about. Can he please close his mouth for a sec?

Anyway it's early days maybe he has an "ace" up his sleeve but thus far I am kinda disappointed.
